Preparation of Planning Applications

Environmental Compliance is able to provide a comprehensive support service to the planning application process, working alone or with the Client's planning consultant. Typically, the services provided would include:

  • ongoing liaison with the Planning Authority and relevant Statutory Consultees;
  • ongoing liaison with the application Project Team (architect, surveyor, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, equipment and plant manufacturers and suppliers, other consultants etc)
  • scoping and preparation of Environmental Statement;
  • provision of advice on regulatory compliance;
  • preparation of supporting atmospheric dispersion modelling studies;
  • completion of application documentation;
  • preparation of application advertisement;
  • preparation of responses to post-application queries.
