Provision of Due Diligence Audits

Due diligence audits, also referred to as Phase 1 audits, are undertaken to determine the historical and existing uses of a site any actual or potential contamination issues related to either past or present uses of the land.

These audits are quite often commissioned during property acquisitions or sales - by either the buyer or the seller – to identify any such concerns and any associated remediation issues.
