  • 6th October - ALEA Casino, Leeds
  • 27th October - Madejski Football Stadium, Reading

Over the coming months, ABB, The Durag Group and Environmental Compliance Ltd will be hosting three seminars across the country.  The presentations will be focusing on the production and implementation of a number of products used within the environmental sector and the compliance issues that often arise.

Environmental Compliance Ltd are a South Wales and Midlands based environmental company specialising in UKAS/MCERTS emissions monitoring to the latest standards, including BS EN 14181, and environmental consultancy, including EPR applications.  In conjunction with the workplace exposure monitoring, Environmental Compliance Ltd are well placed to offer a turnkey package to operators for all their environmental obligations.

ABB is a leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility and industrial customers to improve performance whilst lowering environmental impacts, in particular gas emissions.  ABB in the UK operates from more than 20 locations nationally and employs around 2,300 people.

The Durag Group develops and distributes products for the testing of particulate emissions for environmental monitoring purposes.  Their product range covers, among many others, emissions and ambient air monitoring and they produce the associated particulate probes and monitors.

Matthew Wright (Business Development Manager) and Neil Davies (Data Analyst) from Environmental Compliance Ltd, will focus on the practical issues of how the products from both companies relate to BS EN 14181 and the routine regulatory framework in which they must operate.

The first seminar will be held on the 8th September at Silverstone Northampton, the second will take place at ALEA Casino in Leeds on the 6th October, and the final seminar will be presented at the Madejski Football Stadium in Reading on the 27th October.
