Preparation of Planning Applications

- ongoing liaison with the Planning Authority and relevant Statutory Consultees;
- ongoing liaison with the application Project Team (architect, surveyor, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, equipment and plant manufacturers and suppliers, other consultants etc)
- scoping and preparation of Environmental Statement;
- provision of advice on regulatory compliance;
- preparation of supporting atmospheric dispersion modelling studies;
- completion of application documentation;
- preparation of application advertisement;
- preparation of responses to post-application queries.
