For a Bespoke Permit Application (Part A1, Part A2 and Part B):
- ongoing liaison with Environment Agency/Local Authority and relevant Statutory Consultees;
- ongoing liaison with equipment/plant manufacturers and suppliers;
- preparation of all supporting documentation, including, as appropriate, Application Site Report, H1 BAT Assessments, EP OPRA Assessments, site-specific supporting information document and completion of electronic and paper application forms;
- advice on regulatory compliance issues;
- preparation of supporting atmospheric dispersion modelling studies;
- preparation of application advertisement;
- preparation of responses to post-application queries;
- provision of a follow-up service to prepare the subsequent Permit Improvement Programme reports and assessments, including, as required, the Site Protection and Monitoring Programme, Accident Management Plan, Odour Management Plan, Site Closure Report, completion of annual returns;
